Brooks Bros Tattersall Red (Fashion)
  • Notes: One of at least three fashion checks - which could be regarded as tartans - used by brooks Brothers of the USA. The design is what is known as a Tattersall - a fabric with a pattern of checks like that of a horse blanket originally used at Tattersalls horse market in London. Another definition is "a uniformly square pattern or lines of two or more colours forming squares on a solid background." Brooks Brothers use these for their very high quality luggage.
