  • Notes: Designed by William Hackett Esq FSAScot, Scottish Armiger, using white and green to reflect his armigerous livery of Vert and Argent. White and green are also the livery of the Military and Hospitaller Order of St Lazarus of Jerusalem, of which the designer is a Serving Brother and Member of Merit. The black, red and white reflect the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem and the Gallantry Medal for Saving Life awarded to the designer by the Order, with Life Membership of the Gallantry Medallist League. The red stripe on white reflects his service with the London Fire Brigade, his Freedom of the City of London and his position as Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Firefighters. Only to be worn by the designer and members of his immediate family, or with permission of designer or his descendants.
