Renewing Membership?
With so many passwords flying around the Internet these days, it's all too easy too forget yours, so here's what to do:
If you know your Membership Number but not your Password, go to our Home Page and click on the red tab that you can see on the right of this page. That will take you to the Log In page.
Enter your Membership Number and then click Forgot Password? A new page will appear asking you for your e-mail address - that needs to be the address in which the membership is registered.
Enter that and click Reset My Password. You will quickly receive an e-mail giving you a randomly generated password and the instruction to click the link provided.
Doing that will take you straight back to the Log In page where you should enter the new randomly generated password from the e-mail and click Log In to Members' Area.
That takes you to the Subscription page which gives details of your present subscription. There's a menu in the left hand column where you should click Change Password.
Complete the new boxes which appear and hit Update and that's the job done!

Try and remember to store Membership number and password in a safe place.
